<toe_or_pp_description> <category>	The category to which the TOE or PP belongs.

Data entry guidance for <declaration_cab_cb>
Xml data field	Description
<applicant_declaration1>	Declaration by the CAB/CB that they are aware of all applicable requirements to perform an EU-certification under the rules of the Cyber Security Act (CSA), the EUCC Implementing Regulation (EUCC IR) and related Dutch regulations.
<applicant_declaration2>	Declaration by the CAB/CB that the necessary arrangements are in place with the ITSEF that is performing the evaluation activities for this project.
<applicant_declaration3>	Declaration by the CAB/CB that the candidate certificate holder is made aware of its applicable obligations that are derived from the above mentioned regulations which, among others, includes provisions related to the use of the EU-certification mark, the maintenance of the product, vulnerability management, disclosure and reporting, and full cooperation if required by the Dutch NCCA.
